It’s the norm. Most people who walk through our doors have zero experience — that’s exactly who our Fundamentals program was built for. You’ll learn from step one at a pace designed for beginners, with training partners who remember being new.
How does the $29 intro class work? +
Reserve through the site, show up a few minutes early, and take a real class, not a sales pitch. The $29 is applied to your Foundations enrollment. Afterward, if you loved it, we’ll walk you through the Foundations Course and membership. No hard sell.
What is the Foundations Course? +
The required first program for every new student: six weeks of fundamentals taught properly, with your gi included. The course is $299 with your gi included. A $99 reservation holds your seat and is applied to the course total. Cohorts are capped at 20 seats, and the first begins the week of September 1.
